Being from Canada means we have a little more tolerance. But still, the ignorance exists. Educate yourselves folks………really educate yourselves……..Being an LGBTT community member or educated ally is a good thing…..as a matter of fact, a great thing!
Can’t wait to visit Castro Street and where the Harvey Milk camera store was next year with my gorgeous wife. The world needs more love to all humanity. I was deeply saddened by the movie “Milk,” and think it is very unfortunate that a great number of people still feel the same towards the gay population. STOP THE HATRED PEOPLE!!!!! Gays are human like everybody else.
Hi..I was just looking for information on Harvey Milk after seeing the movie…I always like to check the real facts from “Movie Facts”.
And I will say that i’m straight and that I hold no prejudice…I think they should focus more on civil rights in schools especially here in sunny scotland haha.
It’s sad that even now….Homosexuals are still viewed in a certain stereotypical light by the majority of straight people even if they don’t want to admit or even help it..it’s all down to conditioning I suppose.
Dare I use that saying that all us straight people use if we think we’ve insulted someone who is Homosexual…. ahem.. .” I have a lot of gay friends”..
In actual fact my best friend is gay and I love her with all my heart.
Although we’ve come a long long way and things have gotten better there’s still work to do..
Anywho great movie with loads of quotes and it seems eveyone has been listed in a previous post so I can’t help lol

Does someone have the HARVEY MILK screenplay ? I need a quote from ‘ the refrigerator scene’ when HM puts the death threat drawing on his fridge, and, admonishing Scot’s suggestion to ignore it or throw it away, says “…”
meaning, IF YOU TRY TO HIDE (reality? what you are most afraid of?) IT GETS BIGGER AND SCARIER…
